Moses – Hannya
The first double pour strainer in the world, save time and work more efficiently. In the same way that Moses separated the Red Sea, he will separate the cocktail in two to serve in two glasses at the same time.
This new strainer manufactured entirely in Bottesi’s workshops is sanded by hand and the edges are polished to make it more comfortable to work with.
This special edition has been engraved with the masks of the Japanese noh theater. The Hannya mask portrays the souls of women who have become demons due to obsession or jealousy.
